Practical AI Academy is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI or any other AI provider. Third-party product names are used only to identify the tools we teach.
5. Third-party tools
Lessons may ask you to practise in tools operated by other companies. Those tools have their own terms, privacy policies and pricing, which may change. We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour or costs.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, do not scrape or resell our course content, and do not use the platform to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.
7. Our content
Course text, prompts, activities and quizzes are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own learning and inside your own business work. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own training product without written permission.
8. Availability and changes
This is an early version of the platform. Features, lesson content and course structure may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. Pricing and paid plans are not part of this version; if we introduce them, we will make the terms clear before anything is charged.
9. Liability
